![]() ![]() Main question about this place is the limits of inscribed site. We combined Lut Desert with Rayen castle and another famous WHS: Bam. I think it's the best solution even if the driving in Iran is crazy. If my memory is good, I was in Kerman and my friends and me took a taxi thanks to a local travel agency. So I've been there and i don't regret it. As you can't go there alone, this reason seemed not so relevant to me, i wouldn't say the same in case of wars or dangerous diseases (Ebola for example). The invoked reason was mainly presence of anti-personnel mines. It was not the case in november of 2016, but Lut Desert and almost all the borders of Iran were coloured in red. ![]() Today, Iran is totally in red for political reasons (especially today it's understandable because of protests and the death of Mahsa Amini, but it was not so obvious before). I guess it's more or less similar in other countries (western countries at least). In France, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises us where we can go and where we should not go thanks to a scale of values: in particular a map with colours, green when it's ok, red when it's not (yellow and orange between green and red). The must-see is the light during the sunset, so enjoyable. This desert is awesome and rare, it is not an erg or reg, it is a blend of earth and dust. It is known like the hottest place in the world, but frankly speaking, it was nice when i've been there (november 2016). Low in beautiful landscapes, Lut Desert is the exception that proves the rule in Iran. ![]()

![]() Purely by the number of customer reviews left for the Leatherman Wingman, it is clear to see that it is a preferred choice for the majority of people. You can’t go wrong with this Leatherman Multitool: When taking a look at some recent customer reviews, the most praised aspects are the ability to use it straight from the box, it’s versatility, and the actual tools themselves. Clearly, customers love the Sidekick as much as they do the Wingman. When looking at the Leatherman Sidekick multi-tool, there are almost 1300 customer reviews and it has a star rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. ![]() The most popular features appear to be the spring-loaded tools, the combo knife, and the quality finish of it. With almost 2400 customer reviews and a star rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars, it is clearly considered to be both economical and functional. Out of the two being sold on, the Leatherman Wingman multi-tool is by far the most popular choice. Otherwise, they are both pretty much neck-and-neck in terms of versatility, dimensions, and overall price. Ultimately, the main difference between the two different tools boils down to just one or two differences with the knife or saw. One final thing to touch upon that many customers appear to find as the best feature is the comfort level that the handles provide. Other notable features of the Wingman are the combo knife and the spring-loaded tools. When reviewing all of the tools included with both the Leatherman Sidekick and the Leatherman Wingman, along with taking customer feedback into account, the best features of both would appear to be their compact size combined with great durability. Leatherman Wingman Best Features of the Sidekick and Wingman You can commonly find both the Leatherman Wingman and the Leatherman Sidekick for sale for under $60. However, when do you take a look at online shopping platforms, such as Amazon then the price is pretty much neck-and-neck. Depending on where you purchase them from, prices can vary by $10 to $20. While both of the Leatherman’s are pretty equal when it comes to size, weight and the selection of tools that they possess, there is a slight difference between the price of the two. Depending on whether you prefer a saw or a pair of scissors, not much is different. As you can see, when looking at model specific tools, there really isn’t too much of a difference between the two. When looking at the tools of the Leatherman Wingman, it comes with a 420HC combo knife, a set of spring action scissors, a tool for opening packages. For the most part, many people will find the addition of the saw beneficial and this could be a selling point that they appreciate. It also features a saw and lanyard loop, which the Wingman lacks. ![]() The Leatherman Sidekick comes with both a 420HC serrated knife and a standard knife. To begin with, we will take a look at the tools included on the Leatherman Sidekick that the Leatherman Wingman does not have. ![]() As each model has been created to cater to different tasks, they both have tools that the other does not. Now let’s take a closer look at how the two tools differ. Differences Between the Sidekick and Wingman Both models also come with a wire stripper, a 1.5-inch ruler, a can opener, a bottle opener, a file for wood and metal, a small screwdriver, a medium sized screwdriver, and a Phillips screwdriver. These are spring action, meaning that using them is an absolute cinch. Let’s look at the tools that both of the Leatherman survival tools have in common.īoth Leatherman’s have a set of needle-nose pliers, along with regular pliers and wire cutters. Measuring in at 3.8 inches when closed and weighing 7 ounces, there seem to be no differences between the two. When comparing the similarities between the Leatherman Sidekick and the Leatherman Wingman, the first thing that you will notice is that they both have the same size and weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() A UV Index of 3 to 5 symbolizes a medium vulnerability from unsafe exposure to UV radiation for ordinary individuals. It must be noted, especially nuclear cross-sections may vary by many orders from nuclide with the neutron number N to nuclide with the neutron number N+1. Properties of atomic nuclei (atomic mass, nuclear cross-sections) are determined by the number of protons and number of neutrons (neutron number). Neutron and Mass Numbers and Nuclear Properties For example, the neutron number of uranium-238 is 238-92=146. We can determine the neutron number of certain isotope. Therefore, we cannot determine the neutron number of uranium, for example. ![]() Each nuclide is denoted by chemical symbol of the element (this specifies Z) with tha atomic mass number as supescript. The various species of atoms whose nuclei contain particular numbers of protons and neutrons are called nuclides. Nuclides that have the same neutron number but a different proton number are called isotones. Neutron number is rarely written explicitly in nuclide symbol notation, but appears as a subscript to the right of the element symbol. The difference between the neutron number and the atomic number is known as the neutron excess: D = N – Z = A – 2Z. Neutron number plus atomic number equals atomic mass number: N+Z=A. The total number of neutrons in the nucleus of an atom is called the neutron number of the atom and is given the symbol N. Mass numbers of typical isotopes of Sodium are 23. This fact has key implications for the building up of the periodic table of elements. The ordering of the electrons in the ground state of multielectron atoms, starts with the lowest energy state (ground state) and moves progressively from there up the energy scale until each of the atom’s electrons has been assigned a unique set of quantum numbers. It is the Pauli exclusion principle that requires the electrons in an atom to occupy different energy levels instead of them all condensing in the ground state. In the periodic table, the elements are listed in order of increasing atomic number Z. The number of electrons in each element’s electron shells, particularly the outermost valence shell, is the primary factor in determining its chemical bonding behavior. The configuration of these electrons follows from the principles of quantum mechanics. The chemical properties of the atom are determined by the number of protons, in fact, by number and arrangement of electrons. See also: Atomic Number – Does it conserve in a nuclear reaction? Atomic Number and Chemical PropertiesĮvery solid, liquid, gas, and plasma is composed of neutral or ionized atoms. It is the electrons that are responsible for the chemical bavavior of atoms, and which identify the various chemical elements.
